What Is The Slay Society? For those who aren’t familiar with me, my quick story is this: in 2019 BOTH of my parents were diagnosed with Glioblastomas, 14 days apart. Glioblastoma is a grade 4, advanced form of brain cancer. It is terminal and it’s prognosis with aggressive treatment is only one year. Between my 2 parents, we have endured 7 operations, 6 weeks of tandem radiation, months of chemo, over 6 straight months of hospital life and more appointments than I care to count.

The SLAY Society will support different families throughout the year with different fundraising efforts. We have just launched the website (October 2020) but will always be updating and adding new info! This is where resources, links for research, and caregiver support will also be offered. Many more exciting things are in the works!!!
We thank you so much for being a part of this from the very beginning and helping me to grow this foundation into something that can support many families at once. xo Laura Dill |
